1. Bananas are an excellent breakfast for kids and adults as it provides required energy throughout the day due to the presence of sugar.
2. Banana has B vitamins and therefore perks up nerve function and reduce the occurrence of stroke and good for anemic patients.
3. By rubbering inside side of bananas, it reduced the mosquito bites.
4. Bananas are useful for ruff, dry, flaky skin.

Banana Mask

The mask of banana and honey is very helpful for recovering skin moisture, brightness and makes face fresh and glowing.
Mash half piece of banana and mix it with one tsp. olive oil, one tsp.yogurt and one
tsp. of honey. Apply it on a face for about 25-30 minutes and then wash the face.
You got smooth touch.
